Professor Strathdee was previously Professor of Education and Head of School, School of Education at RMIT and before that Professor of Education and Head of School within the School of Education Policy and Implementation at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Professor Strathdee has over 10 years’ experience leading and managing professional, vocational and academic staff in complex environments with a personal commitment to increasing the impact and value of teaching, learning and research, and to the importance of equality and social justice in the workplace.
